Initial Screening

All submissions are checked for plagiarism (must be below 10%) and compliance with formatting guidelines.

Double-Blind Review

Papers are reviewed by at least two independent experts in the field. Reviewers and authors remain anonymous to each other.

Evaluation Criteria

Papers are assessed based on originality, methodology, significance, clarity, and contribution to the field.

Decision & Notification

Authors receive feedback and acceptance/rejection notification by July 31, 2026.

Note: Accepted papers will be published in AIP Conference Proceedings (Scopus indexed) subject to registration and presentation at the conference.

Evaluation Criteria

Originality

The paper presents new ideas, approaches, or findings that contribute to the existing body of knowledge.

Methodology

The research design and methods are appropriate, rigorous, and clearly described.

Significance

The research addresses an important problem and has practical or theoretical implications.

Clarity

The paper is well-written, well-organized, and easy to understand with proper structure.

Contribution

The findings make a substantial contribution to theory, practice, or policy in the field.
