Author Guidelines

Paper Submission Guidelines for ICTSICM 2026

1. Originality

Papers must be original and not previously published or under review elsewhere.

2. Format Requirements

  • Paper size: A4
  • Font: Times New Roman
  • Font size: 12 pt (main text), 14 pt (headings)
  • Line spacing: Single Space
  • Margins: 1 inch on all sides

3. Length

Papers should be between 2,000 and 3,000 words, including figures, tables, and references.

4. Paper Structure

Each paper should include the following sections in order:

  • Title
  • Author(s) name, designation, and affiliation
  • Abstract (150–200 words)
  • Keywords (3–5)
  • Introduction
  • Objectives and Methodology
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusion and Recommendations
  • References (APA 7th Edition format)

5. Submission Format

Papers must be submitted in MS Word (.doc/.docx) format only.

6. Plagiarism Policy

Papers should have a plagiarism level below 10%.

All submissions will be checked for plagiarism. Papers exceeding the 10% threshold will be rejected without review.

Reference Format

APA 7th Edition

All references must follow the APA 7th Edition format. Here are some examples:

Journal Article:

Smith, J., & Johnson, M. (2024). Digital transformation in management. Journal of Business Innovation, 15(3), 45-67. https://doi.org/10.xxxx/xxxx

Book:

Brown, A. (2023). Strategic innovations in contemporary management. McGraw-Hill Education.

Book Chapter:
